Hello everyone,

This week’s tutorial is going to walk through how I created the following table of Incents.

We’ll go over how to get the data, how to wrangle everything, and finally how to lay it out in a nice clean {gt} table using R.

What Is This, France?

Miami and Phoenix are each in the midst of an unusually long break in-between games. Both teams have five consecutive days off before their next game1.

The chart below visualizes each team’s consecutive days off (purple squares) in between games (blank squares) until mid-December2.
